Corinne Coe is registered with the Health Practitioner Registration Boards of Queensland. Recognised by these governing bodies, she offers clients the highest level of ethical consideration. She utilises a combination of psychological techniques, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Relaxation Strategies. Corinne began working in private practice in 2000 in Cleveland, Queensland, and she continues to provide treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. Recently, she relocated to Port Macquarie, New South Wales, where she still practices in a private setting. Corinne offers therapy, supportive counselling, life coaching, business coaching, family counselling, and relationship counselling. Having practised for 25 years, Corinne has a high degree of experience and knowledge in psychology and rehabilitation. This ensures that the focus in the treatment plan also includes ‘return to work’ goals.
In 2016, she wrote her first book, “Heal Your Mind, Heal Your Life,” a self-help book aimed at developing coping skills, mental resilience, and self-esteem to combat anxiety and depression. She has recently launched her second book, “From Passive to Assertive,” a self-help workbook designed to develop assertiveness, an essential skill for genuine relationships in both the workplace and personal life. Corinne has also created a downloadable educational video titled “Heal Your Anxiety,” which presents a comprehensive step-by-step process to conquer anxiety, providing tools to gain a deep understanding of anxiety, control symptoms, and manage anxiety-provoking triggers.
Corinne also runs a blog called “Is It Me or Is It You,” which features posts offering insights, skills, and ‘how-to’ advice for mental well-being, parenting, and relationships.
