About The Course

“How to Be Assertive in Any Situation” is a course different to most courses on the market, in that it not only gives an understanding of assertiveness, the benefits of assertiveness, and the differences between aggressiveness, passiveness and assertiveness, but it also gives participants a thorough understanding of the common barriers preventing people from asserting themselves, and why people resort to aggression.  It also teaches how to use one simple, effective technique of being assertive that can be applied to any situation and with anyone.
